The Smart Smiles Savings Plan is for our patients who do not have dental insurance. We offer this program to help make dental work more affordable for our patients.
The savings plan for $400/ year includes the following savings:
There are no yearly maximums, waiting periods, pre-authorizations or preexisting condition limitations.
